Original Civil War pro-McClellan handbill that concludes with a testimonial from General Burnside about McClellan's character. Five stanzas and chorus to air of Fay and Happy. Border includes a harbor scene, ships and fort, officer with flag, sailor on mast, fire company, and soldiers drilling. Published in late 1862 after Lincoln dismissed McClellan; kept in circulation and reissued for 1864 election when McClellan decided to challenge.
